Description:

Big sister to its milk pan counterpart; another thought-after design by Sori Yanagi.

This saucepan, crafted in Tsubame City, Japan, boasts a three-layer steel construction. The interior is forged from durable 18-8 stainless steel, while the core consists of aluminum for superior heat conduction. The exterior is fashioned from 18-0 stainless steel, making it perfect for use on induction cooktops. The bottom is a robust 2.6mm thick, with sides measuring 0.6mm thick, ensuring even heat distribution and minimizing the risk of burning.

The Bakelite handle not only adds a warm aesthetic but is also ergonomically shaped for easy gripping.

Distinctive spouts protrude from both sides, catering to both right and left-handed users, ensuring no drips when pouring soup or straining water, and providing excellent draining performance. This is due to the slight outward curve of the rim when viewed from the side.

Aligning the small circular mark on the lid with the handle closes the pan completely. By slightly shifting the lid off-center, a gap forms between the lid and the body, allowing for adjustments to release steam.

The unique matte finish adds a touch of luxury to the entire piece, minimizing the visibility of scratches and ensuring long-lasting beauty. Additionally, the screws at the welded joints are concealed, enabling thorough cleaning of even the smallest details.

Perfect for making soup for 2 to 4 people.
