Local Pickup – By Appointment Only
Free pickup is available at our office/storage in Portland, Oregon.The pickup point is located at the corner of Rhone Street and SE 63rd Ave:
3710 Southeast 63rd Ave, Portland, OR 97206. Pickup is by appointment only.
To use this option, select Pickup in store at checkout.
After receiving your pickup notification, please reply to the email with two preferred time options. We’ll confirm a time and have your order ready for you!
Shipping Schedule
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide free shipping for orders $200 or more (Economy option only).
We allow our customers the option to choose their shipping method at checkout.
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days
- UPS Ground Saver: 2 to 3 business days
- UPS Ground: 1 business day
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

International shipping is also available.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@okappahouseware.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
