Description
Each glass is individually handblown in Kyoto by the skilled artisans of Seikousha, in collaboration with Azmaya. With its soft wavering surface and subtle variations, no two pieces are ever exactly alike—each holds its own character shaped in the moment of making.
Compact yet full of presence, this glass is designed for savoring. Filled to the brim, it holds about 4.5 oz (135 ml), just the right size for chilled sake, a half serving of beer, or a neat pour of whisky with a few ice cubes. The high clarity of the glass beautifully captures the golden hue of whisky or the crystalline sparkle of sake, while the gentle ripples create a tactile richness you can see and feel.
Because it’s shaped entirely by hand without the use of molds, each glass carries unique differences in height, thickness, and even tiny bubbles—small marks of its handmade nature that add to its charm. This is a glass for those who appreciate the irregular, the imperfect, and the quietly extraordinary.
