This furoshiki features a distinctive dyeing technique called double-printing, which layers motifs of abstract colorful animals and plants. Suzuki says, "When dyeing, we took a positive view of the phenomenon where dye partially penetrates the back of the fabric, resulting in no distinct front or back. Furthermore, as the patterns on both sides influence each other, a special furoshiki with unique expressions, unlike any before, has been created." Each design is carefully crafted for practical use as a furoshiki.
