About Tsubamesanjo
For more than 400 years, the neighboring cities of Tsubame and Sanjo in Niigata, Japan, have been home to generations of metalworkers, woodworkers, and craftspeople.Their work is found in kitchens and homes across Japan, admired for its quality, thoughtful design, and lasting usefulness.This September, we're bringing a small part of that tradition to Portland-not as a trade show, but as a chance to meet the makers, experience their craftsmanship firsthand, and enjoy a day of great coffee, food, and community.
Hosted at Coava Coffee Roasters
We're incredibly grateful to Coava Coffee Roasters for generously opening their beautiful Roastery Headquarters and hosting Tsubamesanjo Meets Portland Japan Fair.
Founded in Portland in 2008, Coava is an independently owned specialty coffee roaster dedicated to sourcing exceptional coffees, building long-lasting relationships with producing partners, and roasting and serving coffee to the highest possible standards.
We're excited to bring the event to this unique space and hope you'll take a moment to enjoy a cup of Coava coffee while you're here.
