Are you searching for the perfect cutting board?
If plastic feels too slippery and dulls your knives, and wood is too high-maintenance, this might be the one.

Crafted in Japan at a factory with over 50 years of experience supplying professional chefs, this board is designed for daily use and built to last.

Made from durable synthetic rubber, this cutting board offers a gentle, satisfying surface that’s kind to your knives—similar to wood, but much easier to care for. With a water absorption rate of nearly 0%, it drains well and dries quickly, making it resistant to bacteria and mold. The matte black surface not only looks stylish but also makes ingredients easier to see.

The thickness is just a touch over 1/4 inch.  It won’t warp, yet it’s still easy to handle.

Available it Small and Medium sizes.

Note:

  • The Small size is labeled “M” on the package, and the Medium size is labeled “L.” We know—it’s a bit confusing!
  • The board may appear completely black in the photos, but in reality, you may notice white specks or streaks, similar to charcoal. These are natural variations from the raw materials and do not affect the quality.
