Thoughtfully designed by Conte and crafted in Tsubame, Japan, this compact oil pot lets you filter and store used oil cleanly for reuse. A fine black stainless steel mesh catches even the smallest food particles, and thanks to its non-reflective finish, you can see the oil level clearly from above. The smartly angled knobs on both the lid and strainer allow you to lift everything with one hand while pouring, and the precisely curved rim keeps drips from running down the sides—no need for a spout.

Available in two sizes:
– Small (10 oz / 300 ml) – perfect for seasoning a cast iron pan, or saving a small amount of oil after pan-frying dumplings or nuggets for a lunchbox.
– Large (24 oz / 700 ml) – ideal for light home frying or larger households.

Both are compact enough to sit by the stove without getting in the way.
